Welcome to BODYROLL Studio, the first and only wellness studio in Constantia, Cape Town that offers body rolling sessions with the Body Roll machine. Founded by Trish and Angela, two passionate entrepreneurs who started this business in 2023 with a vision to help people improve their health and well-being.
HOW IT WORKS
BODYROLL Studio machines offer a unique way to massage and shape your body with the help of infrared heated rollers. The rollers have different shapes and speeds that you can adjust to suit your needs. They apply pressure to specific points on your body, similar to acupressure, and stimulate the flow of lymph fluid.

This process has many benefits for your health and appearance. It improves your blood and lymph circulation, which helps your body get rid of toxins and excess fat. It also reduces the size of your body parts, tones your muscles, firms your skin and relieves muscle tension. It is one of the most effective ways to burn fat and reduce cellulite.
THE SESSION
BODYROLL Studio's massage is several times stronger and more effective than regular lymphatic drainage massages. You can use a roller massage machine in different positions to relax muscle tension and to help your body stimulate lymphatic function and expel toxins from the body.

One session is 45 minutes during which the machines are set up with 15 special 3 minute positions focusing on different areas and muscle groups according to the principles of lymphatic drainage massage.
