If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This way, you can receive a full refund or book another session at your convenience. However, if you cancel or reschedule your session less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled session. This is because we have reserved the space and equipment for you, and we may not be able to fill it with another client on short notice.
